Design Team Day & What's New Wednesday #36

Happy Wednesday, everyone!  The Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Design Team has such amazing projects to share with you today, and I also have some new digital papers to show you.  So, let's get to it!

My project is a birthday card for my oldest daughter, who just turned 12 on Saturday.  It was so hard for me to figure out what kind of card to make for her.  She's right on that line of not wanting anything too "kiddish", but she IS still a kid.  So, I settled on featuring a flower in her favorite color...orange.  Here's her card:

I got the shape for the card base from the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons (PPPR) My Peeps Cutting Files set.  The flower and leaves are from the PPPR Flower Assortment Cutting Files set.  I added some ink and doodles, and my card was all done!
