Happy Halloween Double Layout

Oh my goodness! Leah Schaeffer here and I'm so excited to share this with you! I very rarely do double page spreads and so this was an extra treat. Then include the fact it's been awhile since I've done a scrapbook page and I'm a happy girl! Using Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon die cuts are always the perfect starting point for any paper crafting project....adore these images!

I think I can say for sure that I have a bit of a style at this point when creating layouts and it's to use the die images big and bold on a page! I love how little else a project needs when you do this! There is a bit going on but I think the simple color palette kids this from getting overwhelming.

I added lots of shimmer and shine, from spraying the background to the glitter behind the lite-up jack o' lanterns, to the Wink of Stella added here and there. Oh, and lots and lots of Glossy Accents!

I hope that you enjoy this project today! It was a labor of love! Not to mention the fact that I got to scrap these precious photos from a couple years ago. My youngest 2 and my best friends youngest 2! Great memories...this is why we scrap!
Ok, ready for the list of sets I've used images for? I think I'm in need of a nap after setting up this list! LOL! Check it out...

Spook-tacular Halloween card

Hi fellow crafters..
It's Nanné here to share a "spook-tacular" card I created using some of the Halloween themed cutting files from Lisa's store..

here is the card I created:

Fun in a spooky kind of way..LOL
I absolutely love Halloween and I love to create fun Halloween themed projects and cards..

Here are some close ups and details:

I found some cute tombstone sayings online and used some free fonts I have in my stash to add them to the tombstones, just print and cut around edge.. These great tomb stones and the iron gate are in the Haunted Graveyard Cutting File.

I decided my card needed an over sized moon with some spooky bats lurking about :)
I found the perfect images in the Haunted Scenery Cutting File.

I decided it needed a banner and found the perfect one in the Sentiment Spots 5 cutting file.
I did the same as with the tombstones, added some fun fonts, print and then cut around edge..
The grass which was a must have, is in the Flower Assortments Cutting file.

and their you have my Spook-tacular Halloween card..
Thanks for stopping by today..
Till next time..
hugs
Nanné

Haunting Hour

Hey guys, Leah Schaeffer with you today. Did you guys make it to our hop this past Saturday? Even if you didn't, you still can and we have a challenge for you to join as well! Well let's get right to this fun project featuring my little zombie boy!

This entire project was actually inspired by the blog hop project from Saturday. The layered die cuts and also having them in a shape (both like the heart pile of leaves from my layout that day). It's fun to create something that can then inspire another project.

Hope you like this fun page! Here are the PPPR files I used...

   Have a good one y'all!

Pumpkin Time!

In my house...this is a thing. A real, crazy, devoted thing.
My birthday is officially one month away from today. When I was little, (and very much still today) Halloween was magical. It was the smells, the crisp air, the leaves blowing down the street in their whimsical, scuffle-y way. My favorite, favorite part of Fall was when my Dad carved the pumpkin. My Mom and Dad always picked out the most perfect pumpkin for me. They always seemed to pick the perfect size, shape and color. I have so many wonderful memories of pumpkin carving, even the year that Duchess ate the pumpkin off the kitchen table...that was devastating to my child heart.

In honor of all things pumpkin, I created this card using some awesome PPPR files. You can find these all in the store and make your own pumpkin love!

Here's a close up of some of the details, like those silly bats and the scalloped circle peeking through!

I'm sharing another close up of that sweet pumpkin!

THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME SHARE! Have a great Tuesday!
