Hello everyone!  Sarah here today with a super fun post for you.... I can't believe that tomorrow is Thanksgiving for all of us here in the US!  and I also will put in a shameless plug that it's my birthday tomorrow as well.  So I thought I'd steer clear of Thanksgiving, Fall and birthday and I bring you this adorable card... well ok...
