New Arrival

It's Nanné here today to share a layout I created for my daughters friend who just had a baby boy a few months back..

Here's what I created:
Lots of fun baby themed goodies :D

How about some close ups and details:

This cute little baby, the box of wipes, baby powder, diapers and safety pins can be found in the "changing Time" cutting file.  I also used one of the bon bon holders from the "Valentines Sweets" cutting file to create the bed for the baby :)

The title I created using some free fonts I have in my font stash, I embellished it with some safety pins and hearts.. The hearts are from the "Valentines Sweets" cutting file..
I thought the layout could use some trim, so used the circle border from the "Borders 1" cutting file.

I wanted to add a few toys to this layout and the sail boat from the "Sail Away" cutting file was perfect :)  I added a few flourish swirls and those are in the "Flourish 2" cutting file.
The photo mats I created, well I used the Stamp edge label from the "Layered Labels 3" cutting file.

Love love love this cute little stork holding the baby.. He can be found in the "stork and baby" cutting file.

and what's a baby layout with out a teddy bear and a onesie..LOL
The teddy bear is in the "Santa's Helpers" cutting file and the onesie can be found in the "Changing time" cutting file..  I also wanted to use a hanger, I found one in the "Mommy to be" cutting file. I then used my knife tool in the SIL software to remove the hanger from the clothing.

and that explains how I was able to create this cute little baby layout :)

Thanks for stopping by today..
till next time..
hugs
Nanné

XOXO

Happy Monday, Nicole here today.    Hope you had a great weekend and were able to have a bit of "crafty time".  Big thanks to those of you who hopped along with the PPPR design team this weekend!!  I have a Valentine's Day card to share with you today -

My card is sized to fit a No. 9 style envelope (business envelope).  I used a file from the "Cupid Cutting Files" set for the XOXO.  I embossed the hearts with my cuddlebug, added some enamel dots and did some pen stitching with my white gel pen.

Don't forget to link up your projects with our new challenge "Made With Love" - in fact, I am linking up this card!!  For more info on the challenge and to link up your project, please visit HERE.
Thanks for stopping by today!!  Feel free to visit my BLOG for more details on my card.

Drink up...

Happy New Year…It's Tina from Tina Time sharing a PPPR file with you today!!

January is always a great month to start making goals or changing up our routines!    Sometimes, I struggle with drinking water everyday…or at least enough water throughout the day.  The recommended goal should be to drink half of your body weight- in ounces-  How many of you do that now?  I know I haven't in a very long time!

So to get the ball rolling, I challenged a few girls at work to drink more H2O and I thought this would be a really cute way to start the challenge…

I used the PPPR file Bottle Bag 2  which was perfect as it had a little pocket so that I could put a little packet of Crystal Light in the front.  It fit perfectly over a bottle of water, but it fits over any bottled beverage… :)

I embossed it using a "waves" folder… which I thought looked a little like water, but it looks more decorative than water... and that's the idea..

Very easy to make and I loved the way they turned out!!  Make a goal for yourself to drink more water this year… you'll feel better and your skin will love you for it!!

Thanks for stopping by…

For my project, I just HAD to use the new Safari Love 2 Cutting Files set. Here's what I created:

I got this sweet little ostrich and the sentiment from the Safari Love 2 set. Here's what the set looks like:

And, in case you haven't seen it, this set goes along perfectly with the Safari Love Cutting Files set that I created a couple of years ago:

I decided to print and cut the little ostrich and sentiment, and I added them to a card base I created using the Layered Labels 3 Cutting Files set:

Then, I simply added some fluid chalk ink to the edges of some of the pieces and popped on a few enamel dots, and my card was all done. I love the way it turned out!

Oh, and, before I forget, I have a little hop freebie for you. This little Flamingos in Love set will be available for FREE today, Saturday, January 10, 2015, and tomorrow, Sunday, January 11, 2015. Then, it will be available to purchase in the PPPR store.
