All American Boy
Hello PPPR Friends!
It's Kathy, from Kathy and Kids, and today I made a shape card to share with you using the "Baseball and Bat" cutting file.
Are you ready for Spring? Fortunately, I live where the weather is nice almost year-round, but we are excited about the longer days and warmer temps.
We're also excited that baseball season is here!
I made a baseball themed baby quilt for a friend's new baby and this is the perfect card to go with it.
Details:
"Baseball" from the "Baseball and Bat" cutting file
(To make it a shape card, I cut an extra base piece and attached it on the back.)
Enjoy the rest of your week, and Thanks for stopping by!

You Color My World
To make this a bit more authentic looking I decided to cut the white layers multiple times and add them together for a "real" paintbox look. When adhering this to the card base, I slightly folded the design so the top of the box sits up a bit. The paint colors were colored with marker on white paper and the title colored with Distress Inks. I cut another layer and offset to help that stand out a little bit more. The last detail with a bit of shimmer.
The original card base was creating with the Pocket Cards 1 cutting file. However I ended up only using the base shape (and not the chevron layer) because I found this great frame pattern paper that I thought went well with the card. To add a bit of color I used the basic shape and then off set to create a few extra layers.

Happy Birthday
Hi, and Happy Thursday!
Gloria here from Gloria's Goofy Craft Spot. I hope everyone is doing well.
For my project today I made a 5X5 Happy Birthday card for a crafty friends mom. The adorable Sunflower is for PPPR "Flower Faces Cutting Files. I stamped her face with Peachy Keen "Sweet on You" Face stamp set with VersaMark ink pad and Recollections Embossing powder. I inked one of the petals with Tim Holtz Mustard Seed Distress Ink and the other petal with Tim Holtz Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink. The Scalloped Circle is from PPPR "Scalloped Circles Cutting Files" and I inked first with Tim Holtz Mustard Seed Distress Ink than with Tim Holtz Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink. The sentiment banner is from PPPR "Sentiment Spots 1 Cutting Files" and the sentiment is from Pretty Cute "Dino-Mite" Stamps set. The little butterfly's are from a Recollections punch and the printed paper is from Pink Paislee "Hey Kid" paper pack.
What I used:
Peachy Keen Sweet on You Face Assortment stamp set
Pretty Cute Dino-mite stamp set
VersaMark ink pad
Recollections Embossing powder
Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress Ink
Tim Holtz Mowed Lawn Distress Ink
Tim Holtz Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink

Happy Birthday!
Happy Wednesday everyone! It's Michelle from Purple Monkey Moments. Today is my first post as a member of the PPPR Design Team, and it is also my birthday! I decided to share a cute birthday card that I made - it somehow seemed appropriate. Here is my project:
I just love this little mouse - she is adorable, and she was SO easy to cut out. She is from the Birthday Critters cutting files. You can find her HERE.
The card base is also from PPPR. It is from A2 Card Bases 2. I decided to lay it on its side, I liked how the mouse fit that way. You can find the file HERE.
You can find all the details of my card on my BLOG. I hope you have a wonderful day!
Michelle
