A Little Motivation

Hi, its Tina, from Tina Time!!  Today is my last post as a DT member for PPPR… I have had so much fun playing with these wonderful and creative files!  I have worked with some unbelievable talented ladies!!  I will miss being a part of this amazing team, but life gets in the way, and I am not so good at balancing too many things at once…

I wanted to show you a project that I put together using these fun files!!  There are limitless possibilities with this set!

I used the darling Scale, and I know not many of us would use the word "darling" to describe your scale at home.. but isn't it cute?

I put it on a small box and then cut out kettle bells and placed a cute saying on each of them and put them in the box… This will be used as a "reward" box… so when a goal on the scale is reached, a kettle bell is chosen and there is a "reward" item on the back… (manicure, DVD, make-up…etc)  something that is non-food related!!  My clients love this, and I will change the rewards monthly so they never know what they might draw!  The element of surprise is fun!!

What do you think???  Would this motivate you to workout and reach your desired weight loss goals?

Thank you everyone that has been so thoughtful and kind to leave comments during my time with PPPR… I will still be crafting, so please come and visit me often!!  Lots of fun projects to create for you!!

Guest Designer ~ Janice Thiessen, New Files, and a FREEBIE!

Our Guest Designer this week is no stranger to PPPR! She's a wonderful designer out in blog land and we always love having her guest design for us! Janice Thiessen's blog Janice's Jems is full of inspiration for you to check out.

She created this adorable treat box just in time for Easter and she's sharing it here with you and on her blog today. She used Gift Box With Window Cutting Files and Cute Chicks Cutting Files to create it. Thank you Janice!

I have been working, working, working on lots of cute little files for you this week. I have to wait until next week to show you most of them, but I did add a couple of cuties to the store this week. Here's what's new in the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Store:

Before I get to this week's freebie, I also want to let you know that I'm having a Design Team Call right now. I have a couple of spots opening up on the PPPR DT, and I'd love for you to apply.  Design Team members are crafters who help showcase cutting files, clipart, and digital papers from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons. If you are interested in applying or would just like to check out the details, read this POST on the PPPR Blog. The deadline for submissions is Sunday, March 22.

There's also a new FRIDAY FREEBIE in the store. This file will be available as a free download for one week, then it will be moved to the 99 Cent Downloads section of the store.  This freebie includes SVG., DXF, .JPG, and .PNG files. YAY!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Have a wonderful weekend, and be sure to come back tomorrow for more PPPR inspiration!

Super Racers

Hi all! Leah Schaeffer here to share a super scrapbook page! I have a big superhero fan in my youngest and so I've been overdue to create a page for him like this! We just saw Marvel Universe Live in Sacramento last weekend so I just may to have to do another page like this! I'll make sure to share if I do!
My original plan was to cut all of these guys with the print and cut feature. However I am having die cut machine and printer issues so no print and cut for me. I bring this up because I did end up spending the time to cut these guys in all their layers and I am SO glad I did! They ended up SO great! So good even, that my little guy wanted to keep them and play with them and not put them on the page...thought that was saying something! Lisa really did an amazing job with these!

I layered lots of stickers on the page from many boy paper collection packs. Too many to mention. I also created a gear border (Robots Cutting File) by welding gears and then cutting that piece in half to add in two parts of the layout (layered under yellow ric rac).

With everything going on I also offset a couple extra colors behind the title so that it stood out a bit.

We thank you for stopping by today and hope to see you tomorrow, and the next day, and well, the day after that! hehe! Always something to share! Hugs!
