PPPR Yummy Blog Hop

Happy Saturday, everyone! Welcome to the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons (PPPR) Yummy Blog Hop. The wonderful ladies from the PPPR Design Team and I are sharing some deliciously yummy projects with you today, I can't wait for you to see them all.  There's also a fun freebie available for you wonderful hoppers, and there's also a prize up for grabs. We'll also be kicking off our next challenge. So, let's get to the yumminess!

For this fun little shaped card, I used the Freebie for this hop (Ice Cream Truck Cutting Files). I created a thin offset of the base layer using my Silhouette Studio software, made a copy, mirrored the offset shape above, and then welded the two together. Then I placed the assembled cutout of the ice cream truck on the copied offset and adhered that to the folded card base I created. That sweet little face is from the Pretty Cute Stamps Orange You Awesome Stamp Set, and the sentiment is from the Pretty Cute Stamps Just Chill Stamp Set. I inked all of the pieces before I pieced the truck together, and I added some fun doodles with my white gelly-roll pen. 

Here's the file I used for the card. This Ice Cream Truck will be available for FREE this Saturday, August 9, 2014, and Sunday, August 10, 2014, ONLY. Then, it will be available for purchase in the store. Click on the photo below to download the file.
