Girly Birthday Blog Hop

Well, it's Candace's birthday this week, so Candace is having this hop to celebrate.  We're making all sorts of girly projects, and you'll have the chance to win some FANTASTIC blog hop candy along the way.  Plus, you'll be entered to win a $15 gift certificate to Pink By Design or a $20 gift card to EAD Designs if you visit all the blogs in the hop and leave comments by 11:59pm EST on September 22.  

For my project, I decided to make some girly thank you notes.  Here they are:

I made 6 A2 cards in all, each with a different girly cut I got from my Forever Young cartridge.  The patterned paper is from K&Co.'s Sparkly Sweet stack, and the sentiment is from Pink By Design's Here Comes the Bride stamp set.  The scalloped circle is a 3" punch, and the circle is a 2.75" punch.  I punched the border with a Fiskars punch, added a little ribbon and some ink, and my thank you cards were all done. It may be hard to tell from the photos, but the base of the card is a plum color, not brown. :)
