Wicked Witch Hat Headband...

Hello PPPR fans...Katy here with my first post as a PPPR Design Team Member.

I couldn't be more excited to be bringing you a simple project perfect for Halloween!

This isn't just any Witch Hat...it's a headband perfect for a little girls Halloween dress-up party...by adding black elastic bands, these will be functional and comfortable...

Here's my somewhat reluctant model...she was all about wanting to wear this while I was making it but once it came down to it, I had to bribe her with gummies...lol
