We Go Together!

Hello everyone, happy Sunday! Brianna here from Happy Scrapper. I'm so happy that we are supposed to have decent weather here to day in MN. How is the weather where you are located? Well, since summer is fast approaching, that means so is mine and my hubby's 5 year wedding anniversary. Today's card will be the one he will be getting when that day comes around <3

File Used:

Cookout Cutting Files

I kept it kinda simple and with files because I knew I wanted to use a bunch of different patterns and layers.

My stamps came from three different Peachy Keen Stamp Sets:
PK-116 We Go Together
PKSC-25 January 2014
PK-1320 In the Garden Face Assortment
All my papers came from my scrap bin once again, gotta love it!

Have you had the chance to stop by The Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon FaceBook page yet!? We would love to see you over there.

Thank you all for stopping by and have a great day.

Dapper Fathers Day!

Hello everyone, Brianna here from Happy Scrapper. I was in the process of making another birthday card for today's post, but I didn't want to share three in a row. I know it's kind of early to think about Father's Day when we haven't even celebrated Mother's Day yet. Today, I will be sharing a Father's Day card with you all.

I am trying to get a head start for all things happening in June because I will be out of state for 2 weeks and unable to craft :'( It's a work trip so I will be pretty busy the entire time I am gone. I may sneak some markers and stamps along with me though :D This will be the first time away from my son, which I am very heartbroken about. He is almost three, and the only amount of time I have been away from his was one night, so I will need to keep my mind busy or I will be an absolute mess. I get worked up even talking about it, so how about I just share my card.

Isn't he such a dapper looking little fox!? I love the way you can mix and match all the different elements from the " Old Chap" cutting files set! This is a definite must have file. I have another project coming up on Saturday using this set as well.

Lisa's files are so great for mixing and matching. You can just let your creativity fly when working with them.
I hope you all enjoyed my card, have a happy Sunday and I will see you all again soon!

Party Animal!

Hello everyone! Brianna here from Happy Scrapper. I am here to share yet another birthday card with you all :) I am trying to get a stockpile made up.

Files Used:
Birthday Gator Cutting FilesScattered Stars Card Cutting Files

I turned this sweet little gator into a digital stamp and then colored him up using my Spectrum Noirs. I think he turned out pretty cute. I added some faux stitching around all the stars by using my black gel roll pen and a steady hand.

I finished it up by adding some homemade enamel dots randomly on the card and bada-bing it's done.

Thank you all for stopping by :)

FUN Birthday Wishes!

Hello, everyone! Brianna here from Happy Scrapper. I have recently been selling my creations at my place of work and my customers have been requesting birthday cards, so for this card, that's what I focused on.

Well, I have one down in the books, now I just have a bunch more to create lol. I used the adorable Juggling Clown Cutting Files. You can find him in the $0.99 section of the store.

Juggling Clown Cutting Files

I used the print and cut feature in my Silhouette Studio Designer Edition to cut out this adorable little guy. I decided to add some shading/shadowing to his face using my IG1 Spectrum Noir marker. I wanted to add more dimension to him, so I added some homemade enamel dots, for his juggling balls (Thanks for the idea, Lisa) :) I also added some glossy accents to his nose and popped up and layered some elements on him.

I have been hoarding these big metal letters for a while now and thought this card would be perfect for them. My sentiment is from Scrappy Mom Stamps and is called Simple Sentiments. I finished it up by adding some ribbon, Lemonade Yellow Timeless Twine, and a button from my stash.

I hope you all enjoy my fun birthday card and thank you for stopping by!!

Down on the Farm

Hello, everyone! Brianna here from Happy Scrapper. I am so excited to be kick-starting our new posting schedule over here on the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons blog! What does this mean, you may ask? Well, this means that you will be seeing a "NEW" project on the blog every day from each of the design team members of PPPR. Okay, now I can share my "down on the farm" creation with you :)
I will be giving this card to someone very special in June :)

Files used:

Farm Critters Cutting Files

On the Farm Cutting Files

This card was SO fun to put together, I just love creating sweet little scenes. Lisa has such great files to do this with! This card took a little bit of time from start to finish, however. I used just the cut feature on my Silhouette to cut out each layer of each element and then had to piece them together, but as you can see the outcome is well worth it.  Hope you all enjoy!

Also be sure to head to the PPPR Store and check out all the fabulous files, and don't forget to grab you Friday Freebie while you are there shopping.

Bunny Photo Props Cutting Files

The Bunny Photo Props Cutting Files are only available until Thursday night, and then a new Freebie will takes its place. Then this will go to $0.99 in the store.

Thanks Again
