October Monthly Challenge Features, plus New File and FREEBIE Friday!

This week there's a little something different brewing around here. This week PPPR's fabulous readers are being featured, specifically the October Monthly Challenge participants! If you didn't know, PPPR features a monthly challenge using PPPR files. This month it's Trick-or-Treat! We've had some great link ups! Take a look at what fans of PPPR are linking up!

Carri over at DoubleClick - AKA Abusybee created this cute treat bag using Happy Pumpkin Cutting Files, it's adorable!

Emily K. created this ridiculously cute pumpkin using the new 3D With Hat Cutting Files...I can't stop smiling at this pumpkin!

Barb over at BugBites shared her Movie Monster Treat Bags with her readers and linked up to the monthly challenge, she used Movie Monsters 3 Cutting Files, such a great project!

Vivi J Designs created a few entries! How awesome is that!! She used the Handled Bag Treat Topper Cutting Files, Trick or Treat Title Cutting Files, Happy Pumpkin Treat Bag Cutting Files and Wizard Owl Cutting Files. Are these not fabulous? Whoever receives these will have a great big smile!

Last but certainly not least...we have another great double entry from Millie over at Crafting with Creative M. She was busy making an adorable treat bag and some beautiful candy corn cards! She used the Happy Pumpkin Treat Bag Cutting Files and Candy Corn Guy Cutting Files.

Okay, now...how about this week's new files? I created some great bottle gift tags that would be perfect for hostess gifts or other treats ...even for kiddos, if you cut them a little smaller and put them on a juice or water bottle. So, here's what's new in the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Store:

Bottle Tag 2 Cutting Files (with pocket)

Bottle Tag 3 Cutting Files (with deeper pocket for treats)

Finally, there's a new FRIDAY FREEBIE in the store. This file will be available as a free download for one week, then it will be moved to the 99 Cent Downloads section of the store.  This freebie includes SVG., DXF, .JPG, and .PNG files. YAY!

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Be sure to come back tomorrow for more PPPR inspiration. :) Have a great weekend, everyone!

Grave Stone Card

Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon
Hi all, Leah here with you today! Another Happy Monday is upon us! Did you celebrate this past weekend with any Halloween parties or school festivities? We did both and had so much fun! Mix that with a rainy day and some crafting and it was pretty much a perfect weekend!
Now today is my design team posting day for Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon so I've created something for the holiday for you today! I created a relatively simple shaped card but really…you cover the heck out of anything with glitter and it takes it to the next level, don't you think? LOL!

Lisa is pretty brilliant so I am sure she meant to do this…but I love how some of the graves in the cutting files have an opening in the top, like this one. Just calls for adding a detail there! I think adding a date in there would be cool too. Anyways, I added a small bat from the Potion Bottles Cutting File there and added a large black pearl.

You can also get a peak here at the pattern paper, I admit, I had to rub off a lot of the chunky glitter to get enough of my pattern to show through but I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Here are the files I cut from today…
Haunted Graveyard Cutting Files
Happy Pumpkin Cutting Files
Potion Bottles Cutting Files
Well I hope that you guys liked this and I'm glad to get to share with you! Have a great week and make sure you have your costumes and candy ready for Friday night! BOO!

"Witch Craft"

Hi, I'm Tina, and it's my day to show off another super cute Halloween file from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons!!  I couldn't resist this Happy Pumpkin Witch!  She looks vintage and I simply love the easy way these layers went together!

I embossed the hat with the Spiderweb folder, and stamped a Peachy Keen face on her… although the sweet face she is designed with is adorable too!!

I placed this cute Pumpkin witch on a cellophane bag with a Halloween Boa I made for my mom, and tied with a Halloween Black ribbon!!

Check out this cute file as well as PPPR's other spooky Halloween files!!  They are so easy to put together as the pieces fit together perfectly… so if you have to make a quick "last minute" Halloween Treat…these are your go-to files!!
