Get Well Soon card

Hi fellow scrappers..
It's Nanné here today to share a fun Get Well Soon themed card I created, cause its flu season after all..LOL

here is the card I created:
I found these adorable cutting files in the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbon's store and it just screamed Get Well card :)

How about a few close ups and then cutting file details:
I added a lot of layers to my card using foam tape squares

That bowl just yelled out alphabet soup, so I found some letters in my font stash and was able to create a healthy bowl of soup :)

The font for the card is in the Silhouette Cameo online store..

and the cutting files I used to create my fun card:

Baking Fun cutting file: bowl and spoon
Photo Frames1 cutting file: polaroid background
Sentiment Spots 2: sentiment label
Happy Pills cutting file: pill container and pills

and there you have it..

Thanks for stopping by today
Till next time

"Mad" Halloween wishes card

Hi fellow crafters..
It's Nanné here today to share a fun Halloween card I created using the "Science lab" cutting file..
I've had this idea in my head for a while now and really wanted to share it with you, even thought we all just celebrated Halloween last weekend :)  It's never too late or too early to get crafting on next years cards right?

Here is the card I created:
I had so much playing with all of these cutting files..

Here are a few close ups:
I used the books from the Bookworm couple cutting file, then layered all kinds of beakers and jars on top and in front.. The skull is from the Skeleton Couple cutting file..

The eyes, how creepy but so cute right?..LOL Those eyes are from the beakers in the science lab cutting file and added a the flour container from the Baking fun cutting file as the creepy jar to keep them in :)
The font is a free font I found online and created the large label in the back of my card, which can be found in the Layered Labels two cutting file,  added some bubbles in there to go along with the theme and then of course, what creepy mad science lab card would be complete without glasses..which are also from the Science lab cutting file..

and their you have my creepy mad science themed Halloween card..
Thanks for stopping by today..
Till next time

Homemade FROZEN Waffles...

Katy here with AN INSIDE TO MY HEART...I'm so excited to show you my layout today!

Today I'm sharing a layout documenting the waffle bar we had a couple of weekends ago. My daughter is in love with the movie Frozen...I mean who isn't, right? So...I had the great idea of making her "FROZEN" waffles by adding some snow-themed sprinkles to the batter before I threw them in the waffle maker then adding some on top once they were cooked. The waffles really did turn out pretty tasty..definitely will be a repeat recipe!

-------------------------------------
Look at all those layers...LOVE that about Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons files!

Here's a look at the files I used...

Thanks for stopping by!!! I hope my layout inspires you to either create or make FROZEN waffles!!!

Moving Day layout

Hi everyone.. Its Nanné here today to share a fun layout I created to capture our moving day..
We've lived in this town house for 15 yrs now and decided we wanted some thing bigger and we wanted more privacy, so we found a great house and we'll be moving next month..

Anywho, here is the layout I created:

I wanted to create whimsical layout using some of the fun cutting files from the PPPR store..

how about some close ups:
the car with luggage is on the "Are We There Yet?" cutting file, where the nest with eggs is in the "Gnomies" cutting file and the home heart is in the "Home Sweet Home" cutting file..  the scalloped edge on the bottom is in the Borders 2 cutting file.

I used the Melting Ice cutting file and made boxes out of it :) added some fun cooking elements (Baking Fun cutting file) into it and then added a stack of suit cases.

This cute little girl is from the Valentines Kids cutting file, I have her holding a box instead of a heart.. The title I created using free fonts I found online..

added clouds and a tree as well.. I just like adding lots of fun details to my layouts..
The clouds are in the Rain or Shine cutting file and the tree is in the Happy Tree cutting file.

Thank you for stopping by today..
Till next time..

Baking Fun!

Happy Wednesday everyone!!  It's Michelle from Purple Monkey Moments.  I have a cute little project to share with you today and of course it uses some of Lisa's AMAZING files!!  Here is what I created today:

My daughter and I love to bake, but, of course, we can't eat everything we bake, or we would be the size of a house... so, we give a lot of it away.  These cute little tags are the perfect thing to attach to our baked goods, before we give them to friends.  Here is a close up of each tag:

These tags were created with the Baking Fun cutting file and the tags were cut from the great Layered Labels 1 cutting file.

Here are the other two tags:

Aren't those little kitchen utensils ADORABLE??  They are from the Baking Fun file too!  The tag base is from the Made With Love Tag.

These tags were SO easy to put together!  Lisa's files cut SO wonderfully!  For all the details of my cute tags, you can hop over to my BLOG.  Now my daughter and I just need to find some goodies to make to go along with these tags!

A la prochaine,

Sweeter Then a Cookie

Let us start with Happy Memorial Day!
We are thinking of ALL of those, past, present and future that will
serve this country with a heart strong and brave.
We thank you for caring for us and what we all stand for.
Thanks to all that serve and particularly for those
that have lost their life in return for our freedom!
Hi, Leah Schaeffer sharing with you today! I am so excited to finally share this layout with you all! Been waiting more then 2 weeks to post this since it was created during a recent scrapbook retreat that I got to go on! It was so fun! This page was a hit with all my girlfriends too!
I have become such a fan of baking...not just eating the treats! LOL! So it was a joy to make my first real "baking" layout. I hope to do more in the future since Lisa offers so many wonderful food files!

Do you know that you have the option not to cut or print and cut the faces from all the files here at PPPR? If there isn't an option without the face, I simply that that image and release compound path. Once released, move the image away and behind that will be the "pieces" of whatever face was left. Those can be deleted and then you are left with a solid shape. Keep in mind almost everything you see below had a face option...

Okay, let's just to the file used. Oh how I love this one!

   Thanks for stopping by today!

Check out the close up of this egg! Is it not the cutest!?!?!

Life is Sweet layout

Hi fellow scrappers..
It's Nanné here today to share a cute little layout I created using some of the new Baking Fun cutting file..
Here is what I created:

I love to bake so I'm hoping I can get one of my kids to snap a photo of my one day while I'm baking, so I can add it to this layout :)

How about a few close ups:
I decided to use the carton of eggs from the Egg-cellent cutting file, plus the bowl, which is in the Baking Fun cutting file..

Absolutely love this little flour baggy, plus the rolling pin.. Both can be found in the Baking fun cutting file.

all of these cute apples are in the Apple Picking cutting file.. The marquee I used for the background is in the Layered Labels 1 cutting file.

these wooden spoons are in the baking fun cutting file..I also used two of the note book sheets for the background and those are in the Note book pages cutting file.

and there ya have my layout that I created for today's reveal..
Thank you for stopping by today and taking a look..
Till next time..
Have a scrap-tastic week
Hugs
