TGIF, everyone! I'm so excited that I have some awesome inspiration for you from a Guest Designer this week. Lena Fonkert from Lena's Creations is sharing her creativity with us today.

First, she's sharing a Halloween card that she created using the Skeleton Couple Cutting Files. Isn't is so fun a festive?

She also created this jolly Christmas card using the Snow Globe and Jolly St. Nick Cutting Files. Isn't it so cute? I love the detail she added to the inside of the card!

I also have some reptile-ish new files for you this week, along with a freebie that I created in honor of Veterans Day.

I wanted to be sure you saw this week's FRIDAY FREEBIE. This file will be available as a free download for one week, then it will be moved to the 99 Cent Downloads section of the store.  This freebie includes SVG., DXF, .JPG, and .PNG files. YAY!

Christmas Joy

Hi everyone..
It's NannĂ© here to share a layout I created using some the adorable Christmas cutting files..

I decided to create a big santa's bag of toys to hold one of my photos.. then added a cluster of fun Xmas goodies to the bottom of the layout along with a wish list :)

How about a few close ups and some details:
The word "Christmas" in the title is in the Christmas Cookie cutting file..
I then added one of the snowflakes (also in the Christmas Cookie cutting file) to replace the "O" in joy..

Here is my big santa sack :)  also added a stocking which is in the Christmas Stockings cutting file.

This cute little elf is in the Santa's Helpers cutting file..I just used the face and hands :)
The gift boxes are in the Jolly St. Nick cutting file.

My perfume bottle (potion bottles cutting file), cute little teddy bear (Santa's Helpers cutting file) and the big opened scroll (Hats off cutting file).. I printed the text "wish list!" onto the scroll with some fonts I have in my font stash :)

and a closer look at the bottom corner..I also added a few scrolls with ribbons as well, those are also in the Hat's off cutting file..

and their ya have my Xmas layout.. I can hardly wait till next week to get some fun photos of my kids to add to this layout :)
so, till next time..
Have a very Merry Christmas
Hugs

Naughty? or Nice?

Your neighbor elf, Leah Schaeffer, here today to share a layout with you all!
I am so glad to be here today! Literally dancing around in anticipation to share my holiday projects with  you all this month!
This project is pretty much a paper only project but using lots of glitter paper and glitter glue helps the page fully come alive! As I often do in my layouts, if any of you are starting to notice, I love doing oversized elements on a page. It really allows Lisa's incredible cutting files to come alive and all those amazing details to be shown! This Santa on it's own is so special! Imagine just Santa in the middle of a holiday card with a great pattern paper behind him, it's all you would need!

I began with the Starburst Shapes Cutting Files background and then added my elements. Remember that when you are seeing a cutting file, think that you can often take the pieces apart to use separately. Just as I pulled the stack of gifts out of Santa's hands in the Jolly St. Nick Cutting Files (used one Santa and the gifts from the other Santa option). You'll see what I mean with the cutting file image at the end of the post.

For all you alcohol marker fans, don't forget that you can add detail to your die cuts using your marker. I added some grey shading to the white on Santa with my markers. As well as using a thin line of glitter to outline the white trim of his clothing.

Okay! This project is file heavy…here's what I used!

Really appreciate you visiting today while I'm on my way to Disneyland! Woot! Woot! =)
