I got this sweet rainbow from the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Happy Rainbow Cutting Files Set.  The pretty ribbon is Lovebug Creations Ballet Slipper Rumple Ribbon, and the sentiment is from Pink by Design's Bunny Half Pint Stamp Set.
